Directions: The bottom row of the timeline below has an Event named "Baptism". This is the start of the 490 days, which are counted in the top row "Day of Ministry". Scroll right, noting the Fast, the position of the Feast days, the count to Pentecost (twice) and the end of the 490 days.

The "Year of Favor of the LORD" is the public ministry from New Year to New Year and the "Full 490 Days" is the minstry from Baptism by Water to Baptism by Fire.

The "Shavua" are the groups of sevens; 70 Shavua make up the 490 days.

Note that the New Moon days are not counted in the 50 days to Pentecost. This seems to be consistent with Leviticus 23:15-16, which talks about "complete" Sabbaths being counted.

"23:15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: 23:16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD."
